My Island Home is fully airconditioned with ceiling fans throughout. Amenities include a fully self contained kitchen, TV, high speed internet access and BBQ.

My Island Home is a unique, architecturally designed holiday home for those searching for a comfortable secluded retreat. Set in a quiet parkland setting it is a short stroll to the ocean and the lagoon.

The home is ideal for honeymoon couples, smaller families or two couples. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. the second bedroom has two single beds. Roll away beds are available on request for additional children. Both bedrooms open onto a large timber deck. Each room has fans and air conditioning.

My Island Home are within easy 10 minute walk from the West Island settlement / town centre.

If a booking is cancelled or significantly modified greater than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival we reserve the right charge an administration fee of $100 per booking.

As a remote location with replacement bookings difficult to achieve within short time frames, no refund will be made for a booking which is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival.

We recommend travel insurance to cover losses arising from unforeseen circumstances. Clients who do not purchase travel insurance agree to accept the financial risks arising from weather-delayed flights or personal issues which prevent them from travelling as planned.

COVID 19 Travel Restriction Policy

We are aware that COVID 19 events are excluded from most travel insurance policies. We are therefore offering a greater level of flexibility if clients are prevented from travelling to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands by restrictions imposed by the Western Australian government or the administrator of the Indian Ocean Territories.

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to scheduled to arrival as a result of restrictions imposed by the Western Australian government or the administrator of the Indian Ocean Territories, subject to a $100 administration charge.

If a cancellation or no show occurs within 30 days of scheduled arrival as a result of restrictions imposed by the Western Australian government or the administrator of the Indian Ocean Territories, payment in full is required; however, a free transfer-forward of your booking for use within 12 months of the scheduled date of your arrival will be offered. This period can be extended to 18 months if there are limited suitable vacancies during the 12 month period.

Transfer-forward bookings can be further amended however subsequent cancellation within 30 days of the revised arrival date or a no show will result in loss of the booking and no refund being made.

Hardship Provisions

We are prepared to consider refund requests in extreme circumstances. Any final decision is at our discretion and will be subject to a $100 administration charge.

Two bedrooms with one queen size bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. A roll-away bed is available on request. Quality linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. Both bedrooms open up onto a large timber deck. Ceiling fans have been fitted to both bedrooms. Split system air conditioning to both bedrooms and lounge / kitchen. Note: Roll away bed is suitable for small children only and available on prior application.
